V’las Telmar Lumaer

V’Las Telmar Lumaer is the ancient patriarch of the Lumaer crime family. Old, even by elven standards, he’s rumored to have been alive for over 12 centuries, dating back to the height of the Elthenian Empire. He operates through his Elders, Lumaer family members nearly as old as he, and has not been spotted in public since the rise of the Glynmyar Syndicate. He is the architect of the sorcerer breeding program that made his family famous, and has final say in any and all births that bare his surname.
