V'Mir Telas Lumaer

Secondborn of V’las, the patriarch of the Lumaer family. V’mir lacks the sorcerous power that manifests in both his Father and younger sister. Since a young age, V’mir was groomed to sit on the Elthenian Council, the predominantly high-elven circle of prominent families from within the Elthenian Empire. Once his father caught wind of the coming revolution, V’las whisked his young son away to Greyport, where V’mir would continue his training as a politician and diplomat under the of the burgeoning Rose District nobility.
V’mir’s normalcy amongst a family known for its sorcerous prowess has shaped his view on his family’s supremacy. While he’s not ignorant to his own station as a pampered noble, he’s had a taste of what it feels like to be treated as different or “less than”. Perhaps this is why he has such a soft spot for Amelia, the orphan V’las took in to train as a shadowblade. He sees the ostracism she faces on a daily basis, and the lengths she goes through to be accepted by the Family.
