Silvertooth Syndicate
A Burgeoning thieves guild and black market growing in Bastion. The Silvertooth Syndicate has legitimate holdings in property, brothels and liquor imports, All other commerce is strictly off the books. Weapons, exotic food and drugs, and occasional magical items are the syndicate’s secondary source of income. The leader, Bulog Silvertooth, has an obsession with the tunnels under Bastion, and swears they’ll lead to great wealth. He’s taken to using the underclass as his eyes and ears within the city, using the Kenku as messengers.
