Griffon: an intelligent avian that stalks the grasslands and forests of Faerûn. Despite their wild behaviour, they can be trained from birth to become loyal mounts.

Flumph: a small, benevolent, intelligent creature that lives in the Underdark, subsisting off of psionic energy. Very friendly!
