Milky Way

By 5084, humanity has discovered and cataloged over 10 million exoplanets within the Milky Way, with thousands confirmed as habitable. Many of these worlds are now home to human colonies, alien civilizations, or both. The TRAPPIST-1 system, Proxima Centauri, and other nearby stars are major hubs of interstellar activity.

Humanity has spread across the galactic spiral arms in massive colony ships, generation ships, and swarms of automatomous drones. Slowly spreading across the millions of worlds in evergrowing empires and factions. They have discovered relics of long lost civilizations, alien species–Both sentient and bestial–And worlds filled with strange wonders.

Interstellar Empires: Humanity has expanded beyond the Solar System, forming sprawling interstellar empires, trade networks, and alliances with alien species. The Milky Way is a patchwork of territories controlled by factions like the Galactic Union (G-UN), the Solar Social Collective (SSC), The Disciples of Horus Reborn (DHR), the Free Systems (FS), and the Vesper Compact (VC). Some regions are hotly contested, while others are neutral zones or independent systems.

Alien Life: The discovery of sentient alien civilizations has reshaped human society. Some species are allies, others rivals, and a few remain enigmatic or hostile. The Vesper Compact and other alien coalitions play a major role in galactic politics
