At A Glance

Although the QUACKERS TAVERN has stiff competition for worst lake-workers dive in Fairshores, it tends to outdo itself whenever the docks are filled with lake vessels. Near to the SOGGY BOOT and across from the GUTTED FISH, the regulars of the three taverns have a tendency to spill out into the streets for the occasional inter-establishment brawl. Few of these are fights result in serious injury and the local authorities do their best to ignore them unless things get out of hand.

History

The QUACKERS TAVERN holds the 'pride of place' of being the longest running alehouse for sailors and dockworkers in Fairshores Town. It was founded in 94ys and is held by one of the sons of the founder. Few mention that this is merely because most such taverns don't last more than a decade before falling apart or catching fire due to shoddy construction or the activities of their patrons on particularly rowdy nights.
