Black Roses HQ is located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean in order to create a neutral territory so that no one government had full control over The Black Roses. The base was named Chrysanthemum or the Chrysant for short. Because of the Black Roses occupation there the Chrysant has a prominent Noctis community surrounding the base. Which was named Chrysant Town.
Purpose / Function
Chrysanthemum fulfills the role of a multifaceted base of operations for The Black Roses. It accommodates the various departments, each with their dedicated offices, that contribute to the organization's mission. The headquarters also designates space for the training and coordination of Demon Hunters and Demon Slayers, elite warriors engaged in combating supernatural threats. Beyond its role in the organization's infrastructure, Chrysanthemum doubles as the administrative and civic heart of Chrysant Town. The city's town hall, government offices, library, and a medical clinic all find a home within the premises, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
Alterations
Over the years since its founding, Chrysanthemum has experienced continuous growth and enhancement. Regular updates to its security systems, spurred by technological advancements, bolster the defenses of the facility. Extensions and expansions have been introduced as The Black Roses has expanded in scope and influence, resulting in the addition of extra floors to accommodate the organization's growing needs. The library's separation from the archives allowed for the expansion of the latter into the basement levels, granting space for the organization's historical records and research materials. The establishment of the Chrysant town hospital, too, reflects the integration of civic amenities to support the burgeoning Chrysant Town community.
Architecture
Chrysanthemum's distinctive architecture is a marvel in itself. Its grandiose Renaissance style, featuring a majestic domed structure crafted from gleaming black stone and adorned with glistening gold accents, speaks to the organization's formidable presence. A grand walkway extends before the building, showcasing a lush array of plants from across the globe. On either side of this pathway, the flags of United Nations member countries flutter, symbolizing the organization's international reach and mission. The pinnacle of the dome proudly displays the flag of The Black Roses.
The building encompasses a total of ten floors, each dedicated to specific functions. The ground floor houses Chrysant Town's civic facilities, including the town hall, library, and a small medical clinic. The first floor accommodates Chrysant Town's government offices, facilitating efficient administration for the community. The remaining floors are dedicated to The Black Roses' organizational needs. The topmost floor is reserved for the Director's office, while the intelligence department occupies the fifth floor. The department of resources functions on the second floor, and the sixth floor houses the science department. The third and fourth floors serve as the domain of Demon Slayers, while the seventh, eighth, and ninth floors are designated for Demon Hunters.
Defenses
Chrysanthemum is fortified with an array of advanced defenses. A complex system of alarms and security cameras ensures vigilant monitoring of the building's perimeters and interior spaces. The headquarters' extensive security measures include restricted access areas requiring key cards held only by authorized personnel.
