Kips is used to being loved - and for good reason. She is quite literally an Angel. Effortlessly lovely to all she meets, a little timid, and very gentle, she is the postergirl for youngest children everywhere. Her sisters are Governor Octane LaRue and Lucille LaRue, both presences who would overshadow anyone less charming.
Unfortunately for Kips, she is drawn most to those who don't give her the same attention everyone else does. This has lead to a series of disappointing and emotionally unfulfilling relationships, including one with Dusty Byron which resulted in the birth of her child, Olechko.
Despite her demure aspect, Kips shows an enviable amount of resilience, particularly during her labour at La Cage Bizarre. She and Lestie bonded during their time in Kosona, and Kips promised to write to her as she begins a quest to find someone truly worthy of her affections - perhaps one Sven Davisson...
