The eldest of three angelic sisters, including Kips LaRue and Lucille LaRue, Octane has always operated on a schedule of her own, not caring what anyone thinks of her and subsequently earning the respect of most she comes across. With a reputation for being a little hot-headed and impulsive, Octane has navigated her way through numerous positions in government and other agencies. She eventually made her way to the role of Governor in the Kosona penitentiary.
Octane is off in her own Octane world most of the time - she has difficulty understanding sarcasm, and conducts herself in a way not entirely human. This makes sense, of course, given her celestial background.
A brutal martial fighter, Governor LaRue was brutally killed by Morres Leefa in La Cage Bizarre, after confronting Kips and Lestie about Dusty Byron.
