The Free City of Que'thas (Kay-Thas)

Overview

The Free City of Que'thas produces some of the best sailors in the Mythraiæn Tear. Many people here enlist in the navy and take on sailing or fishing from a young age. Because of this, many call upon Que'thas through old debts or seek contracts with them and the two factions that are headquartered there, The Twinsails and The Nautilus Admirality for their expertise at sea. Even The Mythic Wanderers tend to contract with them for their expeditions to ensure the safety of those they send out. However, recently Que'thas has been under threat from within as The Twinsails and The Nautilus Admirality seem to be at war with each other.
