Overview
To call Attica a "Free City" is a misnomer, really, it is a den of thieves and smugglers who banded together and created a port down. A bit of a lawless place within the Mythraiæn Tear, traders still stop there and typically pay an extrobant protection fee but their goods sell well as few actually dock at Attica for fear of thievery or being taken hostage. The people of Attica tend to follow the ideology that the strongest have the right to rule and right now the strongest group in Attica is the Mel'tori Band and their twin Minotaur leaders Thrug Mel'tori and Hydahl Mel'tori. While oftentimes running protection operations for ships and shops in the nearby area, the Mel'tori Band also runs a smuggling operation transporting people across the Tear.Loyalty Through Hardship
