Overview

Neptunis is a strange City-State that one might only find by chance or by consulting a map. One won't find an island waiting for them when they arrive either, merely a dock of sorts set up in the middle of the ocean within the Mythraiæn Tear where there are plenty of ships docked at any time. Lacking a city on the surface, Neptunis is instead located deep beneath the tides, the Sea Elves that call the city their home ready to take people below the tide to their city where they can do business with those who live at the bottom of the sea or perhaps to deal in business with the Deep Seer.
