Overview

The City-State of Menandris exists within the Mythraiæn Tear. It is perhaps most notable as the location of the High Elven Riftrai Academy where many mages in the region go to study and recieve advantage education and tutoring in the magical arts. So long has the academy existed within the City-State that Menandris itself is usually lead by a Mage who graduated from the Academy, causing many to call the City-State a Magocracy above all. The city itself offers the service of magi from the Academy as advisors to other cities.
