The City-State of Vrakks (Vrr-acks)

Overview

Vrakks is largely considered to be a well-defended fortress City-State. Its garrison of knights, who fancy themselves more as cavaliers, are well-disciplined and well-armed. Vrakks while priding itself on being one of the strongest military forces in the Mythraiæn Tear, with a navy to back it up, also is home to many weaponsmiths and armorsmiths who make their trade here, being able to sell to adventurers, mercenaries, and the garrison themselves. Perhaps the most famous of groups who reside here are The Rooks. Perhaps what Vrakks is most known for is designing ships to help combat threats from underwater civilizations from scuttling ships or boarding.
