The City-State of Hyphasia (Hy-phase-eah)

Overview

Hyphasia is home to several groups, some that are not easily found in other cities throughout the Tear, as it is extremely easy to charter new guilds and organizations within the city. For instance, Sairod Miasnikou whom is chartered solely within Hyphasia. Unlike many other City-States within the region, Hyphasia is also ruled by a family who passes the title down from Lord/Lady to Heir. So long as the guilds and organizations within the region pay their fees and taxes, they are often fairly leinient on the going-ons in the city as well.
