Nouveau Palatine

A Crusade

The Nouveau Palatine believe in the cultivation and supremacy of aristocratic bloodlines. There are a number of ancient ideas involved, from Divine Right of Kings to Nietze's Ubermench to the famed Eugenicist and war criminal Carl Menard's Human Genome Repair Project.

A Quest

The NPs believe firmly that it is their duty, either self appointed out of necessity or appointed by some variety of divinity, to restore the 'natural order' and put an imperial dynasty on the Lunar Throne. They serve as knights to this theoretical king, improving their methods of war and determined to impose their ideology on humanity for the future of mankind.

A Duty

Nouveau Palatine work to make themselves the new aristocracy. This means the collection of wealth, power, connections, debtors, tennants, and war prowess. A majority of the Nouveau Palatine are or aspire to be Cataphract jocks, and one shouldn't be fooled by their usually genteel manners: the Palatine are warriors who use their wealth and privilege not for leisure, but for training time.
