Io, Jupiter's Moon - In a daring raid, authorities cracked down on a Chemical Dreams Perfected Path cultist operating in the troubled youth center, New Horizon's Edge. The cultist, identified as Maxim "The Chemist" Chen, was attempting to recruit vulnerable teens with promises of "transcendent physiques" and "unlimited potential" through the use of illegal Combat Stims. Combat Stims, banned on Io due to their high addiction risk and link to violent behavior, are a hallmark of the Chemical Dreams sect. Chen, a charismatic figure with a chiseled physique, had gained a following among some center residents.
"We will not tolerate the exploitation of our youth by these predatory cults," said Io's Minister of Public Safety, Maria Rodriguez. "Our children deserve a safe and healthy environment to grow." Chen faces charges of solicitation, endangering minors, and illegal substance distribution.
