Old Runes

A system of Magick dating back before the time of Men. While not a source of power, the Runes served to focus the raw energies of the earth into a usable form. They were banned by Lord King Eastaughffe and the Grand Church after they successfully expelled the Old Races from Saxony. Now the records of them are all but lost, most of them sought out and destroyed by the Grand Church.
