High Admiral of the Aethi Star Navy
The rank of High Admiral of the Aethi Star Navy (Aethi: Ili'Toreneth e Avari'Esten Aethi) is the highest practical office in the Aethi admiralty, serving directly under the Emperor (in his/her function as Lord Admiral of the Aethi Star Navy).
The High Admirals of the various Legions and Special Divisions report to this High Admiral of the Star Navy and his or her vice-officers (typically full Admirals or former High Admirals of Legions themselves), who are responsible for coordinating multi-legion operations and force-wide initiatives.
