Sees Light is a young Tabaxi who oversees the Delver's Guild & is the person to go to for information regarding pricing on Relics. Any other information about Relics, like how they work or where they can be found, he usually doesn't know about. Luckily, other people that work at the Guild do know of the bits that Sees Light slacks on.
