The Grimm Throne

The Grimm Throne is a unlike any throne in the world it inhabits. The Grimm Throne is made of gold, mithril, iron oak and Imbernium . Because the Grimm Throne is imbued with imbernium, whomever is given ownership of the Grimm Throne is bestowed divine power, much like if they were to take a shower in imbernium. If someone who does not hold a claim to the title "Grimm Emperor" sits on the Grimm Throne, then they would be immediately disintegrated by spontaneously turning into a fine dust. When the Grimm Emperor sits on the Grimm Throne, they are immediately connected to the god who made the Grimm Throne, Tornee. Tornee made the Grimm Throne as a covenant between him and the Grimm family. The covenant states that "Should the Grimm family line end, the Grimm Throne shall break. Should the Grimm family fail to be the strongest ruler in the lands, the Grimm Throne shall break. The Grimm Throne shall stand as a symbol of my (Tornee's) divine blessing to rule over all lands. Should the Grimm Throne break, so too shall my blessings."
The Grimm Throne is located in the Grand Hall of Castle Grimm, which is located in the capitol of Triumph. The Grimm Throne is heavily guarded and is rarely sat upon. Only in times of great distress should the Grimm Emperor sit upon the Grimm Throne. Only twice has it been known for a Grimm Emperor to sit upon the Grimm Throne. The first time was in the Cleansing War when Primus Grimm (the first Grimm King then first Grimm Emperor), when he drank a gallon of imbernium. This was to attune himself and his lineage to the Grimm Throne. The Second time the Grimm Throne was sat upon was by Secnous Grimm. On this occasion, the Liberation Wars were taking a slight turn against the Grimm Empire. Thanks to Secnous's divine perch on the Grimm Throne, the Liberation of the orc tribes, under rulership of Oak'Shaw, the Terrible, was assured.
The Grimm Throne was first created to give the humanoids an advantage in the Cleansing War. The humanoids would choose a hero to serve as their king. The humanoids chose Primus Grimm. Primus Grimm claimed the Grimm Throne and gave it its name. The Grimm Throne bestowed Primus with power, then Primus drank a large amount of imbernium in order to gain the strength, power and insight in order to turn the tides in the Cleansing War.
