Lin'Tra Peaks
The Lin'tra peaks are a formidable mountain range located in the far north, spanning across several hundred miles. The range is predominantly inhabited by Dwarves, who have carved out elaborate mines and settlements throughout the rocky terrain. However, the Dwarves have also established trade relationships with other races, including humans and half-elves, who inhabit the lower foothills and valleys surrounding the peaks.
Deep within the Lin'tra peaks, there is a hidden society of Frostfell Elves, an elusive and rare race that have adapted to the harsh, snowy conditions of the mountains. Few outsiders have ever encountered the Frostvell Elves, and those that have often speak of their otherworldly beauty and mysterious powers.
Despite the rugged terrain and harsh weather, the Lin'tra peaks are home to a wide variety of creatures, both dangerous and benign. The mountains are known to be inhabited by many snow creatures, including Yetis, Snow Lions, and Ice Giants. Rumours of sightings of powerful and elusive Gem Dragons also circulate among the locals, although no one has ever confirmed their existence.
The people who live in the Lin'tra peaks have learned to survive through their resourcefulness and reliance on trade. Many of the goods produced by the Dwarves in their mines are traded for food and other necessities brought in from outside the mountain range. The people of the Lin'tra peaks are known for their resilience and hardiness, and they take great pride in their ability to survive in such a challenging environment.
