Arther Crewe

Arther Crewe is the Holder of the Ring of the Masses and member of the Council of the 13. He is seen wearing black robes of expensive make, a large golden amulet depicting a hammer over several growths of wheat. He wears a small golden pair of spectacles, and mutters under his breath. He constantly seems disconnected from those around him, as though he is hearing voices unheard by others. He is a constant source of insults and sarcasm. Due to this attitude, he is constantly escorted by the 17th Guard unit when he departs from the 13th ring.
