Insignium responsible for AI maintenance and programming. First held by Kaeso Fenthyra. Not that they did it much anyway, but this guy is the one meant to alter parameters as needed for the society to grow which usually manifested as an internal point of advice, aggregating the various information to offer suggestions for changes without actually making them.
