Queen Elmir Karmaline I
Queen Elmir I only ruled Evermere for 17 years but in the at time she had a profound and lasting impact. She not only amended the The Larimar Concord in 2892 A5, to give the each country sovereign control over it's own lands, but also managed to persuade the Nobility of Evermere to go along with it. She died young at the age of 45 to severe but unknown illness and was widely loved by her subjects.
