Myrmidon

entirely water based species, though they are able to breathe air and survive out of water for days at a time, but their people are very rarely seen above the surface of the lakes and oceans they call their homes.

Despite their ubiquity many land dwellers think of them as myths, as it's unlikely they have ever seen one.

Biological Traits

The Myrmidon are an elegant and advanced species of humanoids, they normally have blue skin, though it can change in hue, and sometimes has green mixed in. They are famed amongst aquatic folk for their artistry and usually live in beautiful homes built deep beneath the oceans surface. They often share their cities with Eundor, Water Genasi, Dreglavari and other civilised water dwelling peoples.

Geographic Origin and Distribution

Myrmidon can be foudn throughout the world, and in fresh and sea water enviroments, as long as it is a large, deep body of water, their will likely be a society of Myrmidon living within it somewhere.
