Province in Central Evermere. 
Under Duke Garrus Direstack reign taxation and tolls have increased to levels much higher than of other regions in Evermere. This is, or so he claims, a result of his fathers frivolous spending of state money, but it has been going on now for 30 or so years and has called a great deal of civil unrest.
An underground group known as The Union is actively opposed to the aggressive taxation and fights against the state to get it changed.
