Vonaya

Created Race: bElves are the pride and joy of the Goddess, they are her magnum opus, her greatest creation and therein lies the issue... she views them as her creations, works of art, not her children as other Gods do, she considers them tools, pawns, a means to an end, they are made as beautifully crafted reflections of her and she gives them little thought to their own wants and desires, often getting annoyed when they choose to act of their own accord. She considers their free will their most annoying trait and her attempts to overrule it have lead to a difficult relationship between her and the elves.
Client Nation:
bKingdom of Castone has been greatly influenced by the elven rulers who once had their empire centered in the area, after the fall the elves tried to pick up the pieces, settling in among the humans that were once their slaves to... mixed results, while many elves fled and scattered, many more were caught by the humans they were trying to blend in with and slaughtered, being executed on masse via a guillotine that ran rivers of blood across the lands. Still, those that survived were able to soon thrive, using their advanced knowledge to aid the struggling humans and in a few short generations they were back on top of the social hierarchy... though now with a firm reminder of what could happen to them, as the Humans often built guillotines outside the homes of these elves if they ever introduced unpopular laws.
Tenets of Religion:
Beauty, art, skill, and magical prowess, the ideals of Vonaya are prideful yet inspiring as well. She teaches her followers to seek beauty, to replicate it, to embrace it and take pride in one's own excellence. She teaches staying true to one's ideals, that honesty and cleanliness of ones soul are the marks of a truly valuable person, one that can contribute to society by being a shining example to others. Everyone should strive to be the very best they can, to outperform and take pride in beating their opponents, to stay above reproach, above petty emotions and vulgar actions and languages, her church, is one that practices and preaches a "holier than thou" methodology, with its main vices being jealously and pride which are in some strange ways almost venerated. Vonaya is an examplar for lawful good, which can and is often taken to the extremes of being a negative in some regards, just as often as it is a positive.
History:
The second God to fall to the temptation to pour their power into their race instead of the work, Vonaya is nearly as hated for her pride leading to her fall as the other Gods, even her own race demeans her slightly for falling to the tricks of Martius during the Devastation. Once she was at the head of the most powerful empire to ever rule the world, but through her decadence and uncaring attitude, she allowed her people to fall and be slaughtered in their droves as she herself easily fell to Martius, which is what she is most known for now, not her glorious reign, but her ignoble fall.
Goals:
To see her elves return to dominance once again, to prove to them that she is a worthy ruler, that she is the greatest of the Gods by guiding her race back to the top once more, earning their forgiveness for their fall. She has learned that the other races should not be oppressed under the heel of her elves, and seeks to appease them in a variety of other ways, despite learning from her mistakes, she doesnt seem to have evolved past making similar ones, as such, despite the elves seeking to also return to power, they find their Goddess to have rather antiquated ideas.
Rival Religion:
bBeor is the creator of the small, smelly and rude dwarves, the opposite of the tall and pious elves, she despises Beor and his crude teachings and race more than even Martius. She even considers the combat between them to be the main reason for her defeat, that Beor had distracted her and allowed Martius to overcome her, shes unable to take responsibility for her own failures for the most part and instead has placed them onto Beor, she teaches this to her church as well and the feud between her and the people of Beor have stayed wide for as long as the world can remember.
Attitude towards imprisonment:
Annoyance and anger at this indecency towards her, she thinks she made a simple, slight mistake, one that she should be forgiven for and that others should forget. She believes she is able to be let out now, and that she no longer needs to be chained up, that she should be set free and allowed to "help" the world in her own way once more.
