Leader: Menito Busolini, male goblin, a larger than life figure who is able to give inspiring speeches and rally his soldiers to inspiring feats... however he is utterly incompetent when it comes to actual military matters, though he still tries to take part in planning and operations as if he was good at his job
Champion: Guilino Audisio, male kenku, devious and deceitful, notorious for not fighting fair, Guilino still manages to take the title of champion as he wins duels in surprisingly viscous ways, on more than one occasion he has had to be held back from finishing off his defeated foe even after the foe submitted
Economy: Sylvia Berlusconi, female aarakocra, has an eye for shiny things, enjoys exploring her vault and ensuring the soldiers of Rommaco always look their best with shiny armor and weapons. Though she holds no official rank, she still performs inspections regularly and randomly upon the troops with her sharp eye for details
Magic: Nicolo Milan, male bugbear, a strange and annoyingly loud occultist, often seen preaching in the streets wearing disturbing or no clothing at all, however none can deny his magical prowess even if it seems he has little control over it, he is a valuable asset to the house and so his antics are put up with
Military: Giovanni Messan, male lizardfolk, an outspoken and decent commander, plagued by bad luck that sees him lose battles he normally should have won, he presses on despite these setbacks and his resilience seems to win out in the end
Diplomatic: Pietro Badoglio, male kobold, while often assumed to be cowardly and weak, this is only a front that Pietro uses to get his enemies guards down, he is notorious for backstabbing and wheeling and dealing behind closed doors, with his little claws on the pulse of many developing situations, always looking for his next opportunity.
Religion: Gisella Floreanini, female human, as the only human in the military house, she is often looked down on for her lack of extraordinary abilities, a quality she makes up for with her determination and wit, she makes a point of trying to have humans and the spawn of Ynbris share demigods to allow for a wider range of worship and more inspiration for soldiers to draw upon
