Blood Moor Island
The largest island and the most Notheren on the plane of Tesslutut. This large island is home to many smaller nations not completely influenced by the power of the Eternals.
What is now known as the region called the stolen lands the most recent attempt came in 4710 AR. Hightbearer Noleski Surtova sent explorers and settlers to explore and ultimately settle the Stolen Lands.
There is no clear reason why the Stolen Lands has proven so difficult to settle over the centuries but scholars have noted that leylines are more wild and powerful at the isles that not even the Eternals can make the land listen to them. Some theorize that this connection has made the area difficult to tame.
Notable Sites:
Beyond the plains to the east stretch the craggy forests of the Narlmarches and rugged hill country that gradually rises in the wall-like mountains called the Tors of Levenies. To the west, the many rivers and bogs of the Hooktongue Slough transform the region’s lowlands into a vast swamp, eventually giving way to the Spinefields, weedy plains threaded over with bony crags, with the forest of Thousand Voices and the stepes around Mount Branthlend beyond lies the most rugged, unmapped, wild of the Blood Moor Isles. These wild lands can be divided into larger areas, each with multiple regions that can be annexed into your barony and kingdom, each with its own set of threats and dangers.
