Personal history

Born on the island of Iadith Guinevere's family were of fairly high noble standing in the courts of Iadith, and would likely have remained there if not for the rumors spreading around the court. Rumors that the Iadith Empire, and more importantly their leader Halvaalrel the Immortal, was getting desperate. Their borders had been shrinking for some time, and now many elves seek to remind the "lesser races" of who the true rulers of the world were. While these were subtle and hushed rumors around the court, her family was getting worried about what could happen. So about 5 years before the start of the Second Great Elven War (4160) they would surprise those around them by suddenly fleeing. This would cause quite an uproar in the courts, so much that a small elven frigate was dispatched to chase after their boat, but it never caught them.   There Guinevere would spend her days in Vebastonne, busying herself with study when it is said that when the war broke out, she was led to the miracle forest where she met the Twin Goddesses, Lilia and Morgina. What truly was spoken there was a mystery but what is known is that she would return changed, and from this would become a Damsel of the Twins. She would help in the war giving comfort to the dying and using her magical abilities to protect the weak and knights of Vebastonne. In this war was where she met Artur d'Courzeiu, Though their time together was brief due to the war, after the war Artur personally rode out to find her, for he was awed by her beauty. When they met again, a beautiful romance blossomed   Their marriage was celebrated on the year 3980, and since then she has proven to be an incredibly capable queen in the fair land of Vebastonne. She has proven both a capable politician and a caring wife. She is the epitome of femininity and it is said many knights in he presence feel overcome with admiration and awe. She is in equal parts capable and calm, always preferring to approach problems with a soft approach, unless one forces her hand. Recently in the year 4230, the kingdom even in war can celebrate the birth of her and Artur's son, Jean d'Courzeiu.

Social

Contacts & Relations

Though her ties in Iadith have long been severed, there still remains some contacts within that nation she uses to help in the war effort against the invading forces of Iadith. She is also said to have spies in other nations, always watching for the sign of foreign invasion from any other kingdoms or empires. Guinevere and her husband do however maintain a long lasting freindship with the current ruler of Neundorf, Franz Von Kästner.

Family Ties

Her extended family on Iadith has disowned her and her parents for daring to move to Vebastonne and "mingle with the enemy". However her parents live comfortably in the capital, and fully support her.

Religious Views

Due to her background as a damsel of the twins, she is highly devout to both the Lady of the Lake and The Great Enchantress. She is said to begin every morning in prayer and while her focus is of course assisting her husband Artur in running the nation she also has a vested interest in the coordination of other damsels and the like. While Vebastonne has not and likely wont ever have a truly organized religion, that does not stop her from maintaining the spiritual security of the nation, for without faith Vebastonne may be assailed by other threats such as demons and far worse creatures.

Social Aptitude

She is a natural in the noble courts, expertly weaving her way through political conversations, having spent much time on Iadith has led her to being adept in such scenarios. She has previously joked that the noble courts of Vebastonne are far more "forgiving" then those of Iadith, for the Iadin Elves rarely forgive or forget any mistake, no matter how small.

Hobbies & Pets

She owns a small collection of white winged doves she cares for. She also spends alot of her time honing her arcane abilities, making her an exceptionally skilled magic user.
