Lawless Flats

The Lawless Flats are a large, populous region within The Range, a part of the Federal Province of the Lawless Frontier. The Flats are a lush, green space surrounded on all sides by the plains. They are part of the greater Chattanooga Basin, an underground aquifer that feeds the Chattanooga Lake, and the Samheel River. Historically, the Flats have been home to some of the most influential Rancher families, and remains a profitable part of the Lawless Regional Government. The Flats lie squarely in the middle of the Lawless Frontier, meaning it is bordered by The Grazelands to the west, the Southern Greenlime Mountains to the north, the Tersten Pass to the north-east, The Steps to the east, the Okton Oasis to the south, and the Littlewater Massifs to the south-west. Located within the Flats is the Hope Valley, a lowlying area where the town of Hope is situated.
The City of Lawless is located here, serving as the capital for the Lawless Regional Government, the geopolitical entity that administers the Federal Province. Hautch is considered a minor town, with close ties to Lawless.
