Mai Tamaza is the Lady of Kuehina who married into the family, arranged by her father, Saito the previous Mutahn of Kasu before he passed away. She's an ambitious and prideful woman and is much more clever than many people give her credit for. Mai could care less of her husband but the love for her children knows no bounds.

Lady Tamaza was born to Saito Buna and Tsekani Buna. Her father was a weak ruler and said to be a push over. Tsekani did most of the ruling for him and raised Mai, their only child.
Mai was always her mother's child before anyone else and had much in common with her. The village folk rumor that they're the same person. Like her, Tsekani also had snow white skin but the origin of her eyes remain a mystery. She is said to be blessed by the Immortal Imperion herself yet even at her statue, she has never met the man, but few people have.
