House Kiotsu
House Kiotsu is a lesser house that rules over Hishimo. They're not notably powerful but do hold much influence over the Hishimo river where the town is built. A small town, but a formidable defense against the Yujihima Federation. The house is ruled by Mukai Kiotsu and is known for it's cherry tree upon a blue moon and a green banner.
Assets
House Kiotsu has few soldiers and serfs. They're most important good is the fishing and rice farms from the local river and a few redberry orchards to the east.
