Kojiro Sasaki
Male human slayer. Tracker of Wolves of the Lily. Resentful of half sister Lyarolas Maernathem for killing his mother. Ex-military. First person Lyra recruited, as the brawn. She also gave him a Cloak or Elvenkind as a token of her love and an apology (bribe). Sort of mentor to Obara Isaki and has taught her much of what she knows about scouting, tracking, and combat. Loyal and trustworthy. Perhaps model after samurai or ronin.
Father left or died when he was young. Kojiro and his mother were taken in by an elf lord who had taken up residence in Noshiro. His mother and the lord fell in love over the next few years and soon she was pregnant. She died giving birth to Lyra. The lord couldn’t bear the grief and left Noshiro a year later, leaving Kojiro with enough money to get on his feet and taking baby Lyra with him back to Londe.
Was part of the group hired or paid off to kill Shirou Narukami, Miku’s father, and make it look like he died in battle.
Rebuild as Path of War.
-Bushi Stalker to fit theme and keep “Sneak Attack”? Precision and grace of this may not fit. Definitely be Brutal Slayer if Stalker, whether Bushi or not.
-Sworn Protector Warder might fit since he serves Lyra, but does he to that extent and would having high Intelligence work with the character?
