The Guenhwyvar
The Guenhwyvar (elven for "Shadows") are the primary criminal organization in Ilnesaira, Avalon .
While they do help commoners with magic escape the city, they do so for a price and will just as quickly turn those seeking help into the government if they cannot pay the price to leave.
