Someone who traditionally would be shunned by Ruskovian society found prestige and success through her dancing talent, outshining her competition to rise to the top position of one of the greatest companies in Europa.
Svetlana rules the company with an iron fist, having been made hard and uncompromising over the years, holding everyone in the company to the exacting expectations she was forced to meet and exceed over the years. However, she finds herself conflicted - the current power structure reinforces the status and prestige she fought her whole life to achieve, but she finds herself secretly sympathetic to the current movement to break down the barriers of race, and embrace those of mixed-race heritage, or others who do not fit in the highly rigid Ruskovian society.
