Herr Kodre is a dour dwarf who would rather spend his time counting his money and spending time at his home than at the Theatre, and so he grouses at the constant people asking him about this being fixed or that needing attention. He is in constant battles between the donors to the arts to raise the rent as high as possible, while making sure that they don’t decide to invest somewhere else instead.
