Anlael
The First Ones, The All, Anlael are the beginning and the end. They were the first to have sentience and are where all magic stems from.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The Anlael themselves are formless masses of energy and consciousness though they have been known to take solid form throughout history. These forms typically don't last long however, for the Anlael's magic is un-containable. This is exclusively preformed by making a pact with a soul and taking over the body the soul has inhabited. Due to this there is no way to infer the appearance of an Anlael.
Genetics and Reproduction
They are not able to reproduce as other species do. They can condense their magic in such a way to create other formless beings known as Ael. Mortal incarnations of Anlael can produce offspring in the same way that their host body would be able to and thus are restricted to the same fertility requirements. It is noted that offspring of an Anlael in mortal form tend to be on the extreme high end of abilities for others of their species and are more likely to become a tapper than unaffiliated parties.

The Anlael seem to live in the Other, a vast expanse of nothingness and space that they fill with themselves

Average Intelligence
Anlael are all knowing but are also far removed from normal species and mortals for that to be relevant. To be clear the Anlael are the origin of everything so there is not a single thing they are not aware of but because they ARE also everything they pay no heed nor attention to much of anything unless it peeks their interest. In this way the Anlael are ignorant of the toil of mortals and can be surprised by their tenacity. This is not to say that they did not expect any one thing but that they were not aware enough before to care one way or another if it happened.

It is unknown how the Anlael really work. They seem to just be, and just know despite being nothing but magic.

Naming Traditions
The Anlael have adopted names given to them by the Primordials, Ethnerdae and Maetyn.
Major Language Groups and Dialects
Anlael are only able to speak whole-truths (As in they cannot omit information), a habit that seems to bleed over into their attempts to take form, though Seth was known to be able to omit truths for his own gain proving that it is only their consciousness that is restricted so or that they are indeed so far removed that lies are unnecessary.
History
The Anlael are the original beings, they started the universe and are all-powerful. Only two Anlael are known to exist, one of creation and one of destruction. Occasionally the Anlael take a physical form by making a pact with a powerful or cursed soul. Bodies born through this pact are unstable due to the Anlael being too magically powerful for physical forms. Notable attempts to take form by Maetyn are: Kara, Kira and most recently she created and inhabited Piro, Kiki and Emilia as a new experiment. Ethnerdae has one notable incarnation; Seth who bore the scourge Roan and down the line Dari who Ethnerdae also inhabits. Once an Anlael make a deal with a soul and inhabit a body the Anlael's form will automatically be considered an Anlael regardless of what species it was originally.
Any offspring born from an Anlael in mortal form or any being under a Soul Pact are considered a separate species known as an Anlaes. This is due to the fact that Tapper's have their own souls that are merely connected to the magic of an Anlael's true form versus a creature born with an Anlael's mind and magic within them.
