Mithral

Made from an alloy of iron (stainless steel, in fact) infused with drust, this metal is quite light and takes to enchanting extremely well. Sylvan elven smiths are thought to know the secret to making this special metal.
It is so light, a mithral breatplate or chain shirt can even be worn under clothes.
If armor made from this material normally would impose disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks, or has a Strength requirement, the mithral version does not.
