Indentured Servant

Indentured Servants are often people that sold themselves into servitude in order to pay off a debt. The length of time and duties are agreed upon at the time the contract is made with someone who may be of any social rank other than Indentured Servant or Slave. Sometimes a person is sentenced to indentured servitude to repay certain crimes.
