The Moon - turning blood red, showed the Elves to be prepared to move. The Druids of Artemis in the Moon Forests prepared a Gigantic Sphere of Sustarre to take any who wish to move to Terraia on that Night.

Many chose not to go - choosing instead to remain in their Lunar Homesteads.

Artemis, the Goddess of the Hunt and the Moon, sent dreams to all of her Druids showing a dual silver streaming rainbow, one streaming from around the Moon, and the other going from the Moon to the Terraia globe below.
  The Elven population interpreted this in a variety of ways. Some considered it a sign that the Ithil (Moon) Elves should move to Terraia. Others interpreted it as being a sign that the Celestial sovereignty assumed by the Elves was being verified by the Goddess.   In the end, on the night when a silver rainbow appeared around the moon, the Druids were permitted to cast a Sphere of Sustarre spell - being a huge variant of the Chariot of Sustarre to take those who desired to, to leave the Lunar Surface.   The Sphere of Sustarre was directed by the Goddess into the Principality of Gadieros, through Artemisian Mountain to appear on the outskirts of the City of Cadiz. The Prince opened the City to the Elves on board, providing an entire Circle of their own to attach to the city.
