Food Curing and Preserving

Overview

The need to secure fresh fruit, herbs and meat during adventuring requires some skills in preserving and curing of the foodstuffs. This skill allows the character to do that.

Mechanics

A successful check against Wisdom - allows the character to successfully preserve the food caught or found. This prevents spoilage, and is also useful when dealing with trophies for proof of death and for later use in the making of potions and magical items.
