The Tempels of Athena

Purpose / Function

To Cure the Sick and to Heal the Ill.
The Tempel of Athena is an Organisation who's Tempel can be found in most Towns and Citys, these Tempels are Devoted to Healing the Sick and to assist all who need it.

Entries

Almost All Tempels Have Open Gates to the Central Statue, these gates are traditionally oriented to the Local Places of Power.

Sensory & Appearance

The First thing People see when Entering the Tempel Is the Statue and Fountain which define the Tempels Center. The Main Room is further Designed to appear Powerful but soothing, most of the Time this is achieved using Floating Alice Lightsand the serene noise of the Fountain.

Denizens

The Priests of Athena call the Tempel there Home, each Tempel is lead by a head Preist who has been chosen by Athena herself throw a revelation shown to all current Priests of the Tempel.

Contents & Furnishings

The Tempel is Filled with Beds and benches for Visitors and Patients, these are mostly build from local Wood and Wooden-Cots with cotton Stuffing.

Valuables

Each Tempel holds a few Treasures that are either gifts from the Goddess or donations form Visitors, most of the Time these are Stored in a room beneath the Statue for save keeping

Special Properties

The Tempal is Holy ground affiliated with Purity which has the unintended effect of Attracting Lesser Gods and Similar Purity based Creatures.

Architecture

Each Tempel of Athena features a Marbel Statue of the Goddess surrounded by a Large fountain filled with rejuvenating water. The Tempel it's self is mostly constructed of Marbel or similar white Materials and is filled with large Romes willed with Beds for the Sick.

History

The Tempels of Athena originally where used as places of contemplation or Places of Power, but after 5 AMR the Tempel of Athena changed to a place of healing due to a revelation from the Goddess.
