Elemental Chaos

The World Engine, the Eternal Dynamo, or the Volitile Heart. Most commonly known as the Elemental chaos, this plane is the sister 'primary plane', along with the Astral Sea, and the Temporal Lace. Home to Primordials, Gjinn, and their descendants, this plane serves as a erratic domain composed of supernatural land formations and inhospitable realms that apparate, coalesce, and breakdown without apparent rhyme or reason. A few domains, such as Obsidian or the City of Glass, serve as respites against the churn. In such places, native servitors can colaborate with mortal visitors. The desires of natives is mercurial and opaque, but they are far from disinterested in the affairs of the outer planes.
