Juno is the Imperial Triplet most interested in exploration and expansion. She wants to see the Empire spread out over the entire world, as her forefathers did before her. She pushes for the creation of more cartography services, shipwrights, and navigators. She has passed several laws that encourage and reward people who go through the education system to enter the field of exploration.
Juno is also the first female Emperor; an "Empress", as she calls herself.
