Elf

There are four primary types of elves on Temshai, one of the youngest humanoid races. The Telnari were the first, coming into being under the eaves of the Forest of Telnara. After a few generations, the elves split into three major groups. The Sun Elves left the forest and traveled south, making their new home on the Nythenor Plains, while the Twilight Elves headed underground, making a home in the southwest Verthik Mountains, Eleth Telora. Sea Elves were sun elves who developed the ability to live underwater; most now live in the Heart Of Shards.
Eladrin and Shadar-Kai are also types of elves, but they inhabit other planes of existence and are seldom, if ever, seen on Temshai.
