Dawn Fort

A fort on the east end of the border between the Dalgablun Marches and the Nythenor Plains, near the Rashtara Span. The fort is manned by the Plainskeepers and is the largest of the three border forts, built atop the ruins of the halfing settlement of Dawnhollow. Halflings from Rasharan used Dawnhollow in the past as a trading post and stop after crossing the Rashtar Span en route to other destinations in the Nythenor Plains, like Eleth Lilanor. The Dawn Fort houses craftsmen who supply the guards with combat gear, while the fort's food supply and raw materials come from Tabarzin.
