Traveler, beast keeper Fele Blimsmith (a.k.a. Riya Feather)

Riya is one of the three main characters of the main “Chronicles of Temprata” trilogy. Since no one else looks at this im gonna write a bunch of plot stuff! Riya's arc is one of being hurt, hurting others, then healing and learing how to be better. She has a terrible tendency of running from her problems, leaving people behind in the process. Throughout her time away from the group she learns a bit of why this isnt healthy, and how she has to stop running. So she turns back and tries to make amends. It's not a fully sudden thing, she does still have a lot of difficulty facing her problems, but shes on her way to getting better.

General Physical Condition

Slow and clumsy but quite strong by general standards due to her height and weight. Slightly overweight.

Personal history

Fele was the unplanned child of Shaw and Aldia. The two did not want them but decided that they would keep them as they had well over enough recourses to care for them. Fele lived for many years with little of interest or injury only having their parents being insistent on lumin studies and disapproving of their friendship with animals. Seven years later Zadie was born, a planned child.

Riya is fairly well educated as she went to a traditional school. She only preformed well in linguistics.

Becoming friends with Enma, learing birds-tongue and serpents-tongue, weaving themself and Zadie cloaks then dying them, escaping Inmenasta

History

Riya and Linma met when Riya was very young, about seven, while Riya was playing in the forest on the south edge of the isles. Riya was young enough to still be in the language learning process so they learned how to understand birds toung just though hearing it. Linma began checking up on Riya, concerned about them and their relationship with their parents. Eventually the two grew close, linma acting as a sort of parental figure, though they still helped riya with all sorts of crazy stunts.


Linma dies trying to help riya get away from their parents.

History

When Riya and Linma got struck by lightning, Night and their family tried to save them, though they only saved Riya. Night and Riya became friends over the days while was staying with them, recovering. When Riya left to go to the blossom pool Night decided to travel with them as they wanted to leave home and see the world.

History

The two become friends very early in the journey to revive Linma when Auren saves Riya and Night from a giant lizard that was chasing them. Auren and Riya slowly become close over the course of a year and a half. Riya develops a small crush on Auren fairly early on, around three months of knowing each other, though it doesn’t get in the way all that much. Auren on the other hand only starts to catch romantic feelings after multiple years of knowing Riya, three or four years to be precise. They only manage to admit their feelings for one another after their friend night, who they’ve both been confiding in, forces them to admit it.
