they have very long ears, short and lithe bodys (for better growth), vines for hair, tails of plant matter, and plants according to where they sprouted growing over their bodys
Genetics and Reproduction
leif ears do not reproduce in a typical way as they are literaly plants. they reproduce like plants in that they grow seeds that sometimes become other people and sometimes become regular plants. normally a leif ear will not know their parent as they may grow very far away from the parent.
Growth Rate & Stages
They tend to grow very quickly until they reach the equivalent of a preteen when their growth will slow. They continue to grow for their whole lives. They can live for multiple hundred years or half a century depending on the variety of plant they most closely resemble.
Ecology and Habitats
The optimal environment for them changes depending on the variety of plant they are descended from but usually they benefit from more sun and water than an average person and slightly more consistent temperatures.
Dietary Needs and Habits
most veriaties of leif ears need at least six hours of daylight for most days in the week. they also need nutreints in the form of eating plants and siting in soil.

leif ears have enhanced hearing but all other sences remain very simalar to a human. like all humanoids on temprata they can see four primary colors.
